Four Seasons Private Residences Charleston
A City of Legacy. A Home of Distinction.
More than a private address, this is a placemaking addition to Charleston’s story. Charleston is a city where the past is vividly present. Its charm lives in the flicker of gas lanterns, the rhythm of church bells, the hand-hewn ironwork that graces its homes and gardens. Here, beauty is built to last. Craftsmanship is measured in generations. And hospitality is not a service — it’s a way of life. This is the city Four Seasons now calls home.
Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, the building draws on Charleston’s iconic architecture, including the grand hotels of Meeting Street, using natural materials, refined detailing, and a thoughtful scale to create a quiet sense of permanence. Developed in collaboration with the City of Charleston and community and preservation groups, it is both respectful and forward-looking, with Fulton Lane reimagined as a landscaped pedestrian passage connecting residents to the soul of the city.
