The brand’s visual language takes its cues from David Adjaye’s transformation of Georgetown’s historic West Heating Plant into a contemporary residential landmark. The dialogue between industrial heritage and modern architecture informed every aspect of the identity, from the louvered façade and its rhythmic geometry to the building’s materiality, proportion, and precision. These architectural details became the foundation of a flexible design system, influencing layouts, graphic elements, typography, and print production techniques that echo the character of the building with clarity and restraint.

The architectural language extends into a pattern system that abstracts the geometry and movement of the louvered façade into layered, repeating forms. The color palette draws from both the refined materiality of the interiors and the vibrant, verdant landscape of Laurie Olin’s public park, balancing grounded neutrals and subtle metallics with tones that introduce warmth and a sense of nature.
